GENERAL INFORMATION:-
KTM 250 XC-F got the highest appreciation when it was first launched in 2007. After winning the heart in Europe and other countries, the company has slated its launch in India sometime during the end of this 2011 via Bajaj. With KTM 250 XC-F the company enters the off road biking competition. It is likely to compete with few bike models from other company like Honda CRF250X and Yamaha WR250F. This new model from KTM is expected to price around 6.5 lacs ex showroom.
STYLE:
The styling of KTM 250 XC-F is influenced from the SX series. However, 250 XC-F seems to be racier in character. The seat of the 250 XC-F is positioned higher while the ground clearance remains the same as that of SX series.
ENGINE:
The engine placement of KTM 250 XC-F is also influenced from the SX series. As it is a sports bike ,the engine is of 249.5cc,with 6 Gears having a manual Clutch of 380 nd a stroke of 55..
PHYSICAL MEASUREMENTS:
The frame of the chassis goes along well with both small and big models. Also it offers both 21-inch and 18-inch wheels which is the main reason for getting all the credentials. The new racer bike will be designed with removable sub-frame with WP suspension. The central double cradle frame goes along well with the Brembo brakes. The trail is adjustable enabling sharp cornering.
