Bajaj Auto gave India its first cruiser – the Kawasaki-Bajaj Eliminator. After the agreement between Kawasaki and Bajaj in India ended, Bajaj bought in the Avenger, which essentially was a modified Eliminator.Bajaj increased the Avenger’s displacement from 175cc to 180cc, which then became a 200. The new trend will continue with the emergence of the 220cc.The Bajaj Avenger is a cruiser style motorcycle conceptualized and produced by Bajaj Auto in India. It draws the styling and other design cues from the Bajaj Eliminator which had an air-cooled, single cylinder Kawasaki engine and was sold at a premium.
Bajaj has recently launched Avenger 220cc DTSi cruiser type bike in India. Its uses most successful and powerfull bajaj Pulsar engine. As per bajaj Avenger 220cc DTSi will get release in this month and its Avenger 220cc price will be bit 4 to 5 thousand less than pulsar. You can go a long trip by Bajaj Avenger so that is great for you .it will be very adventure and excitement which you can lots with your bike by travel. It has oil cooled 180 cc dts-i most powerful engine. Wider sitter which comfort for sitting .it is not fully manufactured by the Bajaj.
style:
The style of the Bajaj Avenger 220 is enhanced more with its large windshield and long handlebars. The large fuel tank of the Bajaj Avenger 220 is very impressive and it houses fuel gauge and other indicators of the Bajaj Avenger 200 is very mechanical in looks. The bright steel finishing of the fuel gauge and other indicators casing is very attractive and looks very stylish. The company’s logo is embossed at the fuel tank and few stickers at tank, side panels and front and rear mudguards.

The front portion of the Bajaj Avenger 220 is very dynamic and the large transparent windshield in white shade looks very classy. The headlamp is round in shape and offers a classic touch to the bike. The round shape turn indicators are complementing the shape of the headlamp. The front tyre is covered with a long body colour fender whereas the tail of the fender is black plastic material. The silver coloured rectangular rear view mirrors add classy looking of the cruiser. The low slung seating arrangement in the new Bajaj Avenger 220 is fantastic and offers very comfortable riding experience to both the rider and the pillion.

The classy Bajaj Avenger 220 is bestowed with 4 Stroke, DTS-i Oil Cooled Engine with 220cc. The bike is also equipped with five speed gearbox as was present in the older version and which makes the gear shifting very smooth. The massive engine of the Bajaj Avenger 220 produces a maximum power of 19.3 bhp and belts out a peak torque of 17.2 Nm at 7,000 rpm. The oil cooler technology and the DTS-i technology make the overall performance of the bike very impressive.
