    I am 9th grader. I do have basic programming knowledge (java) . I am interested in creating a app that can be useful to others. I am also interested in attempting to write a IEEE paper on a simple topic and I want to think differently about it. I Dont know how to go about it. Can you please guide me or suggest some think i can read on and try
