The ZZR-X is Kawasaki's forward-looking concept bike that combines advanced technology, super-sport potential and touring capability. "This is the ultimate high-speed tourer,” reads the Kawasaki press material. “The future of supersport touring." This Kawasaki ZZR-X concept was first shown at the 2003 Milan Motorcycle Show. -
Kawasaki ZX-10R Warthog
Posted on March 27, 2012 | No CommentsThe Icon Kawasaki ZX-10R Warthog is the kind of bike that should do battle with KITT from Knight Rider in some fictional spin-off commercial world. It's a custom Kawasaki ZX-10R with, on top of the A-10 Gatling gun replica in the front, has the engine tuned up to 188rwhp, an 800-watt MTX audio system, a set of hilarious jet-engine exhaust pipes, and an LCD screen for watching movies while engaging in high-speed combat. Icon even made a music video with the bike. The Warthog was built to help advertise their new Domain II Warthog helmet. -

Posted on February 2, 2012 | No CommentsDodge introduced its Tomahawk V-10, 8.3-liter (505 cubic inch) concept motorcycle at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit January 6,2003.The1,500 -pound Tomahawk can reach 60 miles an hour in about 2.5 seconds, and has a theoretical top speed of 300 mph. Each pair of wheels is separated by a few inches and each wheel has an independent suspension. [Chrysler Chief Operating Officer Wolfgang] Bernhard said four wheels were necessary to handle the power from the engine.
